Rates and booking

The house is designed to accommodate small or large groups. Rental rate USD 650 per night up to 6 people + USD 150 per person per night additional up to 11 people. This includes daily maid service. Rental rates for low season available upon request. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

 

Payments:

50% at the confirmation of the reservation, the remaining 50% 45 days prior to
check-in. Payments can be wired to a US account or an Argentine bank, or
through Paypal.

 

Security Deposit:

30% of the total rental amount, to be returned to renter within 2 weeks of departure, minus funds required to repair or clean up damaged items, if any. A security deposit must be paid with the second 50% rental fee.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 45 days prior to check-in will incur no charges. Cancellations made from 44 to 30 days prior to check-in will forfeit 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations made within 29 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the rental fee.
